For now, We offer one delivery service - Standard Shipping

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If a customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

1. Areas in Service

*P.O Box is not accepted as the shipping address.

Standard Shipping is available within the United Kingdom , the United States of America and the European Union. 

We can ship to more areas. If your area is not on the above, please contact us. 

2. Shipping Formula

For US standard shipping we usually spend 7-15 days on delivery.

For international shipping we usually spend 7-20 days on delivery.

In some special cases, we will send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the safety of the transaction, and the package will only be sent after we receive the customer's verification. The order starting date will be the date of the customer's confirmation email, and the customer's response time will not be included in the promised delivery time.

3. Order Process - Two notifications emails

• Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, please allow 1 business day for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage. This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and readied for shipment.
• Package confirmation: After we package your order and ship it out. The second confirmation email will be sent to you and then your tracking number comes out at the same time.
• To know the delivery status, You can track your order via the carrier website.

Need to Know

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Lees is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). 

4. Duties and Taxes

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are included in the amounts shown. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
